​​In my professional career, I have gained years of experience as a fitter and service technician, holding different positions in different companies.

In 2019, I made the conscious decision to improve my English skills. This led me to attend Greystone College, where I completed my Customer Service Co-Op Diploma with distinction in 2021.

After successfully graduating from college, I decided to further strengthen my professional skills and started a postgraduate program to further develop my skills.
